Parent Portal - Omnia
Parents can stay connected and keep up-to-date with what is happening at Joeys via the Parent Portal – Omnia. All major notices, communications, College Calendar, events and information in relation to your son’s Year are shared via Omnia.
Orah
When your son commences in 2026 you will be provided with a separate login to Orah.
Orah is used to submit Leave Requests. Orah is also used to submit:
- Sick leave requests
- Medical appointments
- Overnight or weekend leave for boarders
- Lunch leaves
- Tutoring
Orah is also used to notify departure times for day students of either 5 or 8pm for the week. This needs to be submitted prior to 9pm every Sunday night (hopefully we will have this running to plan this weekend). If you are a parent of a day student, you are able to log into Orah each week, and enter the departure times for your son for that week.
To do this, you need to log into Orah and select Day Student Time Change.
Parents and Friends Association
The College is proud of its longstanding and passionate community involvement. Since 1881, families have come together from across Sydney and greater NSW to forge friendships that last a lifetime.
Like the boys, parents form lifelong friendships. Much of this takes shape through our Parents & Friends Association (P&F), where parents bond through volunteering at our various College events. These include our Sunset Welcome Drinks, Year Dinners, Spring Fair and City–Country Mothers Lunch. Joeys’ wonderful family culture is such that Year 7 boys celebrate Grandparents Day by inviting their grandmothers and grandfathers to enjoy a day at the College with them.
