Current Parents

• Current Parents please use your existing Omnia login. Once you login to Omnia on your home page please navigate to FORMS (in the side menu) and click on Forms for Parents of New Students to access the new student information.
• please navigate to the New Parent Information tile.

New Parents

• New Parents to the College will need to reset their password to access the College’s Parent Portal (Omnia).
• User ID (this is the digit ID number provided in the cover email). Use this digit ID to re-set your Password.
• Your system default email address (the email address held on the College’s database has been forwarded to you in the cover email). Use this email to login into Omnia once you have re-set your password)

Login to the Parent Portal (Omnia) to access all Online Forms.

When completed please click on the SUBMIT button and all forms will be sent directly to the Admissions Office.

Prior to your son joining St Joseph’s College in 2026 we require you to complete the following Online Forms:

• Standard Collection Notice
• School Travel – New Students
• Colo Outdoor Education Centre
• Online Access: Rules and Technology Network Responsibilities
• School Travel – College Bus Service
• Language Selection Form
• Enrolment Options for Weekly Boarders (Weekly Boarders only)
• Private Instrumental Tuition (Mandatory)
• Summer Sport Selection
• Medical Information and Consent Form

To access all forms you will need to follow the instructions above.

Please complete all Online Enrolment forms by 17 October 2025.
