This course enables Stage 6 students to build upon their learning from PDHPE.
It focuses on knowledge & participation in sport and physical activity.
For students that still have a genuine interest in PDHPE, but are not interested in the more rigorous 2 Unit PDHPE course.
Its aim is to for students to develop the knowledge, understandings and skills needed to adopt active and health-promoting lifestyles
Students develop their appreciation of physical activity in a variety of outdoor
